Shipping Policy: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. Standard shipping is generally 5-7 business days once your order is processed. We cannot guarantee the time frame or shipment delivery date for any shipping method, but we will try our very best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
Shipping: Applicable to all orders with standard shipping method. US only.
- Free Shipping on orders over $60.
- $6.90 for orders below $40
- Express Shipping: $11.90 ($6.90 standard shipping + $5.00 expedite).
Risk of Loss: All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract meaning that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon LonoLifes’ delivery of the order to the shipping center. We encourage you to use the tracking information supplied for your order to track and retrieve items promptly.
