Blueberry Ricotta Collagen Toast

This blueberry ricotta toast will do wonders to your pallet and delightful anytime of day. Plus the LonoLife Collagen Peptides gives you a perfect excuse to enjoy this delightful dish anytime of the day.

  • 1 serving LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • bread of your choice
  • ricotta cheese (can be substituted with almond milk)
  • cinnamon & sea salt for taste


1)  Toast a couple of slices of bread. Option to add a little ghee or butter on top.

2)  Meanwhile, sauté 1/3 cup of water with 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 serving of collagen, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt in a saucepan. Option to add honey, maple syrup or other sweetener of choice.

3)  Cook about 5-7 minutes until berries are reduced.

 4)  Add on top of toast and top with ricotta. Enjoy!
