Zoodles Bolognese

Not in the mood to cook a laboring meal? Look no further with this simple Bolognese Zoodle recipe! This healthy meal does not take much time to make and only requires a few ingredients. Trading pasta out for zucchini is an easy way to have a low-carb meal packed with vegetables. This easy idea comes from our LonoLife Influencer, Ashlee Henson, aka @pursuegoodfood!

Servings: 1 Total Time: 10 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 jar of bolognese style sauce
  • 1 packet of LonoLife Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 zucchinis
  • 1 cups of spring mix
  • 1 tbsp of parmesan

DIRECTIONS:

1) Peel zucchini into thin strips using a vegetable peeler and place in bowl.

2) Add sauce, spring mix, and LonoLife Beef Bone Broth.

3) Warm in microwave to the temperature of your preference. Zucchini does not take much heat to cook!

4) Top it off with some parmesan and enjoy!
