Chicken with Walnuts & Pesto

A keto-friendly chicken dish that has all of the right flavors!

Servings: 4 Total Time: 30 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS:

1) Grease a large skillet and cook chicken until lightly browned.

2) While still in the skillet, add pesto to the chicken and sprinkle walnuts on top.

3) Add bone broth. Heat to simmer for 5-7 minutes while flipping chicken every couple of minutes until completely cooked.

4) Remove chicken from skillet and enjoy!
