- 1 teaspoon ghee or butter
- 1 steamed and frozen zucchini
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- handful of ice
- water or milk of choice to blend
- pinch of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger & sea salt to taste
- add 1 teaspoon of spirulina for added greens (optional)
