Gut Healing Soup

A soup to help you replenish your gut with some much-needed nutrients.

Servings: 2-4 Total Time: 25 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 cup LonoLife Bone Broth
  • 4 cups frozen spinach
  • 3 cloves black garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1) In a saucepan sauté onion and black garlic in olive oil on low heat until soft.

2) Add spinach and water and cook until spinach is soft.

3) Move saucepan ingredients into a blender and add the bone broth, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

4) Serve hot and enjoy!
