Keto Zuppa Toscana

Ditch the carbs but keep all the flavors with this Keto Zuppa Toscana made by LonoLife Influencer, Alese aka LowKarbKhaleesi. Adapted from the long-time menu favorite at Olive Garden, this recipe is packed with the same delicious taste, you won’t even miss the carbs!

Servings: 2 Total Time: 40 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 3 strips bacon, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 3 cups LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth, prepared
  • 8 oz radishes, diced
  • 3 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh kale, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1) 1) Cook sausage and bacon in a soup pan until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.

2) Add oil and sauté onions until soft.

3) Stir in garlic then pour on chicken bone broth and radishes. Simmer for 15 minutes.

4) Add meats, heavy cream, and black pepper.

5) Stir in kale and heat for additional 4 minutes.

6) Enjoy with some tasty keto-friendly breadsticks!
