Mocha Latte Mug Cake

Enjoy your mocha in a mug as a cake! Rich in flavor and packed with protein, this keto friendly dessert is perfect for those nights when you don’t have the energy to bake for an hour. We know it will be one of your favorites!

Servings: 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes · Cook Time: 1 minute

 

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 oz Bakers Chocolate
  • 1 serving LonoLife Mocha Collagen Peptides
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons allulose
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

1) Chop up dark chocolate then whisk together all ingredients until smooth.

2) Pour into center of a 12oz Ramekin or wide coffee mug.

3) For fully cooked mug cake microwave on high for 90 seconds. For a moister fudgy consistency microwave for 75 seconds.

4) Run a knife around sides of the ramekin then turn upside down and remove the cake.

5) Serve with whipped cream & sliced strawberries and enjoy!
