LonoLife Quinoa Salad

  • 2 packets LonoLife Unflavored Collagen packets
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
  • Crumbled feta, to taste


In a medium pot, add 1.5 cups of water, quinoa, and the LonoLife packets. Bring to a boil. Cover, and turn heat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa is fully cooked through. Add the cooled quinoa to a large bowl. Add the strawberries, cucumbers, red onion, fresh herbs, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir until fully mixed. Add salt, black pepper, and the feta cheese to taste. Enjoy!
