Low Carb Breakfast Pizza

Savory Keto breakfast pizza recipe perfect for a chilly weekend morning! Fuel up and then head outside!

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • Cut Da Carb flatbread
  • Shredded Colby jack cheese
  • Egg
  • Sausage

Country Gravy:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Bring cream and chicken broth to a boil. Whisk in xanthan gum and simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Cut a @CutDaCarb flatbread in half. Top one side with shredded Colby jack then place the 2nd side on top.

Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375° for 7 minutes.

Spread country gravy on crust and sprinkle egg, sausage, & more cheese. Bake an additional 8 minutes
