Red Pepper Basil Soup

This is definitely not your average soup! With flavors of fire-roasted pepper, garlic, and basil it’s sure to give your taste buds a kick! We owe this idea to our LonoLife Influencer, Catherine Smith, aka @onehangrymillennial! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Servings: 5 bowls Total Time: 25 minutes



  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 packages of LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth.
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1/2 of sweet onion, diced
  • 2 jars of fire-roasted red peppers, strained
  • 1/3 cup of fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup of creamer
  • Salt to taste


1. Add water and LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth to a pot and bring to a low boil.

2. In the meantime, add olive oil, garlic, and onion to a skillet. Cook on low-medium-heat until fragrant and translucent.

3. Add ingredients from skillet to broth with red peppers and basil. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes.

4. Use a hand emulsifier (or blender) to combine ingredients until smooth and creamy. Stir in creamer and salt to taste.

5. Serve with parmesan and fresh basil.
