Single Serve Coffee Cake
A Single Serve Mug Coffee Cake is the best way to indulge in a sweet breakfast without killing your diet!
Servings: 1 Total Time: 5-10 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 30 g flour
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 10 g vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 oz plain Greek yogurt
- Dash of baking powder + salt Cinnamon
- ½ serving LonoLife Protein Coffee
- Topping
- Cream cheese
- Greek yogurt
- ½ remaining packet of collagen mixed with a dash of milk
DIRECTIONS:
1) Combine wet and dry ingredients (if too thick, add milk).
2) Microwave for around two minutes (varies by microwave).
3) Top with coffee mixture and cream cheese.
4) Enjoy!
