Single Serve Coffee Cake

A Single Serve Mug Coffee Cake is the best way to indulge in a sweet breakfast without killing your diet!

Servings: 1 Total Time: 5-10 Minutes


INGREDIENTS:

  • 30 g flour
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 10 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • Dash of baking powder + salt Cinnamon
  • ½ serving LonoLife Protein Coffee
  • Topping
  • Cream cheese
  • Greek yogurt
  • ½ remaining packet of collagen mixed with a dash of milk

DIRECTIONS:

1) Combine wet and dry ingredients (if too thick, add milk).

2) Microwave for around two minutes (varies by microwave).

3) Top with coffee mixture and cream cheese.

4) Enjoy!
