Snickerdoodle Protein Bowl

If you have a Snickerdoodle addiction, you are going to go crazy for this tasty yogurt bowl. The sweet flavor blends with the spicy cinnamon to make an easy, on-the-go breakfast that's gulten-free AND packs 10 grams of protein.

Servings: 1 • Total Time: 5-10 Minutes



    • 1 serving LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides
    • 1 cup of yogurt of choice
    • 1/2 serving of chocolate protein (optional for extra protein)
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • toppings of choice (We used blueberries & cacao nibs!)

Sweet Potatoes:

  • 1/2 small sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon of ghee or butter
  • cinnamon & salt to taste


    1) Mix protein, collagen and cinnamon into yogurt of choice. Set aside.

    2) Sauté ghee/butter, sweet potato, cinnamon and sea salt in a pan and cover until tender.

    3) Top bowl off with the potatoes, cacao nibs, blueberries or any fruit of your choice. Sprinkle with cinnamonand enjoy!
