INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • 8 chunks of frozen pineapple* (about 1 ½ cups)
  • ½ cup canned organic light coconut milk, unsweetened
  • ½ cup coconut rum (or white rum)
  • 1 serving LonoLife Coconut Pineapple Collagen Peptides Optional: 6 blueberries for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1) Put pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and LonoLife Coconut Pineapple Collagen Peptides into a blender and blend on high speed for about 1 minute, or until smooth.

2) Fill two small glasses half-way and blend strawberries into the remaining drink in the blender.

3) Top off glasses with the remaining piña colada. Garnish with blueberries and enjoy!

*For a fresher pineapple taste, cut a fresh pineapple into 1-inch cubes and freeze for about 2 hours or until completely frozen
