- 24 medium fresh jalapeño peppers
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 LonoLife packets
- Garnish with bacon bits and green onion
Preheat the oven to 400°. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise; remove the insides. Mix the cream cheese, cheese and LonoLife broth until smooth. Spoon into each jalapeno; garnish to your liking. Add to baking sheets and bake until the filling is bubbly and golden, roughly 5-10 minutes.
