Banana Coconut Superfood Smoothie

Ready for a sweet summertime superfood smoothie that is dairy free, paleo and gluten free? Here it is! Get ready for loads of nutrients and antioxidants with this delicious recipe.

Servings: 1 Total Time: 5 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ ripe banana, ideally frozen
  • 2 pitted dates
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina (substitute with spinach or kale)
  • 1 serving LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides Unsweetened, shredded coconut (to top)

DIRECTIONS:

1) Blend everything together in a high-speed blender and top with shredded coconut.

2) Chill in the fridge before serving if necessary.

3) Enjoy!
