What is Bone Broth?

Bone broth is a nutrient-dense savory stock made from simmering bones, meat, and vegetables in water for an extended period of time. The easy-to-digest liquid is packed with proteins and fiber that contribute to a number of different health benefits which have been said to improve joint health, repair collagen, nourish hair, skin & nails, while also improving digestive and immune systems.

What is collagen? Why is it important?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body. Of all the many thousands of proteins your body has, about 30% are collagen proteins. Think of collagen as the glue that holds your whole body’s structure together, including your skin, gut lining, bones and joints.

Frequent stress and the natural aging process degenerates levels of collagen in your body. To combat this degeneration consuming amino acids, found in bone broth or collagen protein, encourage the reformation of collagen.

Do I need collagen protein or bone broth if I eat healthy?

Even if you eat a huge salad with organic greens every day and strictly limit your sugar and processed food intake, you’re most likely not consuming enough amino acids to supply your cells with what they need to encourage collagen regeneration. Moreover, even the healthiest veggies do not contain enough of the specific amino acids your body needs. Lonolife products, specifically our collagen protein and bone broths, contain a copious amount of amino acids to rebuild collagen which improves joint health, nourishes hair, skin and nails while also improving immune and digestive systems.

What is the difference between meat and collagen-rich bone broth?

Eating plenty of meat, even if it’s from grass-fed cows or organic, pasture-raised chickens doesn’t provide you with enough of the specific amino acids to support the synthesis of collagen formation in your body. If that were the case, bone broth and other products with animal collagen would not be necessary.

Collagen does not come from the parts of meat you typically eat - it is naturally produced within the bones, muscles and skin themselves and becomes soluble in water when cooked over long periods of time. That slow cooking process is how we make our amazing tasting bone broths and Protein Coffee.

Shipping & Ordering

What's your shipping policy?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. Standard shipping is generally 5-7 business days once your order is processed. We cannot guarantee the time frame or shipment delivery date for any shipping method, but we will try our very best to get your order to you in a timely manner.

Free Shipping: applicable to all orders with standard shipping method. US only.

Risk of Loss: All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract meaning that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon LonoLifes’ delivery of the order to the shipping center. We encourage you to use the tracking information supplied for your order to track and retrieve items promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

It is possible to change or cancel your order if it has not been processed by our warehouse. If we are unable to catch it beforehand, you will be able to return or exchange your order by contacting Returns@LonoLife.com.

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately at this time we no longer ship to Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you email contact@LonoLife.com with your shipping address and what you are interested in ordering, we can create a custom order for you. The additional shipping fee is based on your location.

Custom orders requiring international shipping are circumstantial and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. (If you need to search your inbox, look for “Your shipment is on the way!”)

If your order seems to be late, missing, or if you did not get your tracking information, the best way to contact us is to submit a request.

What is the estimated arrival date of my order?

Delivery time will vary based on the shipping address. The delivery window ranges from 3-7 days after the shipping carrier has picked up your order from our warehouse.

Your estimated delivery date will be provided once your order ships. Please reference the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email to track when your order will arrive.

Delivery times may be longer due to inclement weather and during the busy seasons such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

What do I do if my order is missing?

If your order is missing, follow these steps:

– Please check the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email to verify your order is not still on its way.

– Check with anyone living with you or your property manager to make sure no one else has it. (Please make sure to let us know that you have already done this so we can skip this step if you contact us).

– If you are still unable to locate your package submit a request to us stating your order number, email and phone number so we are able to file a claim.

In most circumstances, we are able to quickly send a replacement. If you would like a refund instead, we will need to file the claim and receive the results from the carrier before proceeding.

**Please note that orders that contain more than one item may be shipped in separate packages.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept returns for our food products that have been opened and/or are no longer in their original packaging. We also do not offer refunds based on personal taste. However, we will issue credit or refund for unopened products in their sealed, original packaging as well as any products that are damaged en route to their destination. To seek a credit, please email returns@LonoLife.com or call us at (855)843-8566 with the following information:

Order number, damaged/returned product item description, condition of product upon arrival & the date and time package was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds can only be applied to the original payment methods. Your account will be refunded once our warehouse processes your returned order. We do not provide return labels, however, we do refund any shipping fees incurred while placing your original order. Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can! We will exchange your order up to 30 days after the order has been received. Exchanged items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when they arrived. Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your item for a higher priced product, you will be responsible for the additional cost of the new item. There is no shipping fee for exchanged items. *Excludes international shipping and expedited shipping.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged, please take a photo of the item(s) and send it to contact@LonoLife.com. We use them to avoid damages in the future.

Once you've sent us the photo and your order number, we usually ship out your replacement quickly. Normally replacements arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS.

Subscriptions

How do I access my account?

Inside your customer portal, you have the ability to view and edit your subscription.

You will be able to:

• Skip Shipments

• Cancel or Reactivate Your Subscription

Account access does not automatically get activated when you sign up for a subscription. To get immediate account access, you must create a password at the time of purchase. 

If you did not set up a password when you placed your original order, activating your account is very simple. Follow these simple steps:

3. Log in with your new email and password
