We want you to absolutely love everything you purchase from LonoLife, but if something isn’t as expected or just doesn’t suit you, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. You can return unworn, unused for any reason within 30 days from the date the item ships.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened products in their sealed, original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for our food products that have been opened and/or are no longer in their original packaging. We also do not offer refunds based on personal taste.
Once we receive your returned items, your return will be processed and your account will be refunded. You will be notified via email. Please do not send your purchase back without it's associated order number.
We do not provide return labels unless the items your returning were damaged en route to your location. Any shipping fees incurred while placing your original order will be refunded (if applicable).
Partial refunds are granted for certain situations.
Late or Missing Refunds
Once we've received your return, it usually takes up to 1-3 business days to process, times may vary. Once processed, you will be notified via email and the refunded amount will appear in your account within the following 1-3 business days.
If you received an email confirmation about your return, but have not yet received your refund, check your bank account again in another couple of days. If your refund hasn't shown up within a week of being told your account had been refunded, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order is damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and send us a message with your order number. The time it will take for your replacement order to arrive varies based on your shipping address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the credit will be applied to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to his or her own address to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver's original payment method.
We will refund any shipping fees incurred while placing your original order. We do not provide return labels unless the items being returned were damaged while en route to your shipping address. We also provide return labels for special circumstances.
If you are shipping an item with a $50 value or more, we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
