Beef Indian Curry

  • 1 packet LonoLife Beef Broth
  • 1 jar Tikka Masala Curry Simmer Sauce
  • 3-4 Potatoes, quartered and cooked
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Shredded beef
  • Jasmine rice, to serve
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • Cashews, chopped, to garnish
  • Green scallions, chopped, to garnish
  • Lime slices to garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, simmer the LonoLife Beef Broth packet, tikka masala curry simmer sauce, cooked potatoes, and beef. 
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Enjoy over a bed of jasmine rice, and garnish with cilantro, cashews, green scallions, and lime slices.
