French Dip Flatbread with Aus Jus Sauce

This crock pot recipe is super simple and the meat ends up tender & juicy. Just throw everything in the pot when you wake up-and at dinnertime there is a delicious meal waitin!

Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 10 minutes Total time: 6-8 hours

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tsp LonoLife Beef Bone Broth Powder
  • 1-4 lb beef roast
  • ¼ cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 Tbsp Maggi Jugo seasoning sauce
  • Creamy horseradish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

• Place roast, beef bone broth powder, soy sauce, water & seasonings in crock pot

• Cook on low for 6-8 hours

• Remove roast and slice into pieces

• Place back in juices and add Maggi sauce

• Stir together

• Serve with juice drippings from the crockpot as aus jus sauce.

• Serve with your favorite flatbread with some provolone
