LonoLife Autumn Turkey Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 stick LonoLife Unflavored Collagen
  • 8 Mini croissants
  • 1 28 oz. can Turkey, drained.
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1 Sweet potato, diced and roasted
  • 1 Apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh sage, optional

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.

2. Slice the mini croissants in half and fill each with heaping spoonfuls of the turkey salad mixture. Enjoy!
