Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides
  • 3/4 frozen or fresh papaya, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 scoop colostrum powder
  • 1 small piece fresh turmeric root (about 1/2") or a dash of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 brazil nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, and blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a glass or smoothie bowl, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
